I ordered for 11 year old grandson. I send him several packages to open during the month of Dec, this was one. He opened this one day and the solution the next day with another gift. Easy to open with solution. But I was easily to open without solution. Disappointed with the poor reviews as this was great. I order a puzzle box each year. Love this online store.

I bought 3 of these for my great-nephews for Christmas. One I can't open; tried the second, smacking it harder on the floor and the bottom broke. The third is still in the package. I'm too tired to mess with it.

My order took a while to arrive and when it did it wouldn't work. I reviewed the product expressing my dissatisfaction with both the quality of the item and the delivery time. I immediately received an email apology from the company along with a credit for the amount of the purchase. Although I can't use the item, I have to say that I am thrilled with customer service.

I purchased this for my teenage son, but he was disappointed with it, as it's basically impossible to open until you read the solution. Although, it does look nice just sitting on a desk, with the bill displayed inside for people to see. Really, the only way to open it is by smacking it very hard on a table or firm surface to loosen the mechanism inside.

This puzzle was really challenging, and it was the hit of all the Christmas gifts as everyone tried to figure it out! It's a great gift to give to the older kids who just want money, but you still want them to have something fun as well!
