    Missing pieces and terrible customer service

    Right out of the box this puzzle was missing three pieces and had a few duplicate pieces as well. I have never run into this with a brand new puzzle. I contacted customer service and they brushed it off saying it happens all the time and were extremely unhelpful. Will never purchase this brand again.

    Soul-soothing.

    My mother gave both my sister-in-law and me this puzzle for Christmas. My SIL just finished it and commented on how much she loved it--she said she found the scene therapeutic and I agree! Once I accepted that the non-straight edges were going to make this a challenge, I really got into it. The animals are beautiful, and spending time with the range of pastel shades and snow shadows in this picture has opened my eyes more to winter beauty in real life. The pieces fit together nicely and I haven't found any false fits. Love this puzzle.
